There were some serious issues with the injection of particles in Cartesian and Cylindrical coordinates, as these were not giving uniform results. I am not pleased with the results in Cylindrical coordinates yet, I have to go back to the calculation of nodes and natural function for the elements in cylindrical coordinates to try to improve this.
